RECOMMENDATIONS FOR YOU CHECKED BAGGAGE
- Lock all bags
- Do not pack valuables, money, jewelry, important medications or perishable or liquid articles.
- Items labeled as fragile are checked under the passenger's own risk.
- Check that the code on your baggage claim stub corresponds to your destination.
- When claiming your baggage, check that the number of baggage claim subs matches the number of pieces you have claimed, and that the serial number on the stub matches that on the baggage label
USE OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES ON BOARD
For safety reasons, we ask our passengers to refrain from using any broadcasting device with or without an antenna, including cellular phones, portable radios or televisions, as well as compact disc (CD) players and video cameras. This is because the frequencies used by these devices may interfere with the aircraft navigation systems. The use of laptop computers during the flight is permitted, provided they do not use a printer or CD-ROM. During take-off and landing, however, computers must be turned off. Please follow the instructions of our flight personnel.
The information provided to MAYAIR by the client will have a confidential treatment, safe mandatory injuction.
MAYAIR is not liable and does not operate or control in any respect any information, products or services on third-party sites. Client assumes sole responsibility for using third party sites.
Client agrees to indemnify MAYAIR from and against any liability, expenses and damages arising out of claims of resulting from Client use of a third party Web site or breach of this Agreement.
Clients specifically recognize and accept that all brands and products are copyright and are protected under copyright laws and are MAYAIR property.
In case of any dispute arising out of this Agreement, Clients consent to the exclusive laws and jurisdiction of CANCUN, QR, Mexico, and waives any jurisdiction corresponding to its present or future address.

All rates including taxes, other fees and surcharges, valid at time of posting are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD). The charges to your credit card will be done in U.S. Dollars (USD), according to the terms of your credit card company you may see them reflected in U.S. Dollars or local currency. Rates that are quoted in Mexican pesos (MXN) and paid with a credit card issued in Mexico will be billed in MXN (Mexican Pesos).
