Our services are only available for persons that have legal capacity to engage to this contract. Children and under age are no able to use these services. Client represents that is over legal age and possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement.
Client agrees that the purchase system of ELECTRONIC TICKET shall be used only to make legitimate reservations according with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Client accepts to pay to MAYAIR for the services contained herein, by credit card or any other payment form at the price established in each reservation, representing and warranting that is financially responsible for the use he or she makes of this Web Site. Delivery charge will be specified and paid separately than each ELECTRONIC TICKET.
MAYAIR disclaims liability for any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, omission, interruption or delay in operation arising out from breach by force majeure including acts of nature and god or any other circumstances that make impossible to comply with its obligations under this Agreement.
Client agrees not to assign, transfer or sublicense its rights and/or obligations arising from this Agreement, any contravention will have no effect.
MAYAIR reserves the right to make any or all changes to its Web site, services and Agreement at its sole discretion without notice.
Client agrees that in use of an ELECTRONIC TICKET will not be necessary to print a paper ticket; boarding pass will be delivered on MAYAIR’S check-in before boarding.
