CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT IN AIR SERVICES
Applicable regulations issued by the Ministry of Communications and Transports. The tariffs and applicable regulations of the carrier are integral parts of this ticket and the disposal of the passengers at the Carrier's offices for their inspection.
TICKETS:
All tickets are personal and non-transferable: The carrier may require the passenger to identify himself and will be held if another person tries to use it, or if the tickets present deleting marks, erasures or mutilations.
UNUSED RESERVATIONS:
Passengers checked into a flight and who do not show to board the airplane will not have the right to obtain a refund of the affected coupon. Individual passengers who do not show to check in at their flight will not have the right to a refund unless cancelled more than 24 hours prior to departure and if so, will be eligible to a 50 % of the total payment. Further information may be obtained from the airline or travel agency.
CHILDREN:
Each adult passenger will be entitled to carry an infant child less than two years old under his/her care, free of charge but without being entitled to use a seat. More than one infant as well as children between two years old and less than twelve years old must pay the applicable fare and will be entitled to occupy a seat and the same free baggage allowance. Excess charges will be calculated on an adult fare basis. Further information regarding fares and free baggage allowance applicable to infants may be obtained from the airline or travel agency.
CANCELLATION OF A-FLIGHT
The Carrier has the right to cancel, without previous notice; a flight or a reservation and the only obligation of the carrier will be to the fare.
ADVANCE ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT:
Passengers must arrive at the carrier counter 90 minutes before the official departure time. The carrier will be relieved of any responsibility whatsoever if the passenger is left behind because of non-compliance with this provision.
FARES:
The applicable fares will be the ones that are enforced when the travel begins. There are some promotional fares registered in the Ministry of Communications with certain restrictions for its application, such as validity periods, non-refundable, etc. Always ask the airline for information regarding the kind of fare you are buying.
PROHIBITED ARTICLES:
The following articles shall not be carried except under special permit from the Ministry of Communications or of the National Defense. Fire arms, any articles whose transportation may contravene current legislation in the Republic of Mexico or in any State over which the flight may be conducted, explosives or similar articles which might endanger the aircraft passengers and cargo or that may be annoying to other passengers or which may not be adequate for air transportation.
BAGGAGE:
For information regarding the kind of baggage allowed as free baggage, always refer to the air carrier or the travel agency.
CLOTHES: On boarding the airplane, all passengers must be shod, chest covered and cleanliness and hygiene standards observed in order to avoid unpleasant odors. The carrier is not obliged to those who do not comply with these requirements and may reject or remove the (these) passenger(s) for their own security and benefit of the other.
NOTICE RESPONSIBILITY LIMITATION FOR BAGGAGE: The responsibility of the airline for baggage loss or damage invoiced on domestic flights is limited to the established in the law of general means of communication. If necessary, passenger will have to formulate direct and immediate claim to our company requesting the corresponding form.
REFUNDS: Passengers checked in to a flight and who do not show to board the airplane will not have the right to obtain refund of the affected coupon.
THIS TICKET IS SUBJECT TO NORMS ESTABLISHED BY GOVERNMENT LAW CONCERNING GENERAL TRANSPORTATION
OVERBOOKING OF FLIGHTS:
Airline flights may be overbooked, and there is a slight chance that a seat will not be available on a flight for which a person has a confirmed reservation. if the flight is overbooked, no one will be denied a seat until airline personnel first ask for volunteers willing to give up their reservation in exchange for a payment of the airline's choosing.
If there are not enough volunteers, the airline will deny boarding to other persons in accordance with its particular boarding priority. A person denied boarding on a flight might be entitled to a compensatory payment.
