Reservations that are canceled from 7 to 15 days prior to arrival date will be penalized with a charge of 50% of the total amount of the reservation.

Reservations that are canceled from 4 to 7 days prior to arrival date will be penalized with a charge of 75% of the total amount of the reservation.

Reservations that are canceled from 1 to 3 days prior to arrival date will be penalized with a charge of 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

No-show will be penalized with a charge of 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

No refunds can be made in case of no-show or early check-out.

Any cancellation, no-show or early check-out, during premium weeks (Christmas, New Year, Easter), will be penalized with the total amount of the reservation.
